Choice of Stylist:
We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards, cash and personal checks.
We ask that clients limit their texting / cellphone use while in the salon.
Cellphone Use:
If possible please make your next appointment before you leave the salon. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and if we have to fit you in, at the last minute, it is not fair to other clients who made their appointments in advance.
Because we are an organic hair salon, many of our clients are undergoing long term treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation, if you are sick, please reschedule your appointment so the health of others is not compromised.
We have a sign in the salon "PG Parental Guidance is Appreciated." As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people that are waiting for you during your appointment. When necessary, or deemed to be in the best interest of the salon, we may prohibit children who are not being serviced to be in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please give us 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. We understand that sometimes emergency situations come up. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
